Ruralbattery Tree Service wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went wrong, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Ruralbattery Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@ruralbattery.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues involving licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
